Create a partner account

Creating the account is where the Terms and the Data Processing Agreement are concluded. There is no separate paperwork to sign.

Filling in this form sends us an application to read. No card is asked for at any point, and no account and no password exist yet: if we approve the application we email your login address a link, and you choose your password there. Your API keys, the plugin and the Downloads screen then open on Heatrail Free. Heatrail Pro is a separate decision you make later, from the Billing screen, through Stripe Checkout, whenever the network is worth five cents an order to you.

Your business

Start with the country your business is registered in. It decides how your registry code is read, and for Estonian codes we can fill in the name and the address for you.

This looks your code up in the public endpoint of the Estonian business register. Nothing is sent until you press the button, and only the code you typed is sent.

Pricing

Heatrail Free costs nothing and needs no card. The price below is what Heatrail Pro costs.

€0.05 per checked order, whatever your volume. No tiers, no minimum, no cap.

Your first 100 orders are free, once: a one-time credit of €5.00 is added to your account when your subscription starts and is used up before anything is charged.

Heatrail Pro is billed monthly through Stripe, in EUR, excluding VAT. If usage in a month reaches €100 it is invoiced right away and the remainder settles with the monthly invoice. A card is collected when you start Pro, and you are only charged for actual usage.
