Create a partner account

Creating the account is where the Terms and the Data Processing Agreement are concluded. There is no separate paperwork to sign.

Your account and your application exist from the moment you submit this form. The step after it is Stripe Checkout, and you can close it and come back later from Billing; your first 100 orders are free once, and nothing is charged before your shop is running. Until a card is on file, Downloads and API keys stay switched off. The card is what turns the account into a working integration, not what creates it.

I have read and accept the Terms of Service (v1.0309262221.3) on behalf of my business: one cent per checked order after the first 100, monthly billing, cancel any time. I have read and accept the Data Processing Agreement (v1.0309261139.3) on behalf of my business, as the controller of my customers' personal data.

Accepting here concludes these agreements. There is no separate paperwork to sign. To evidence that, we record for each document: the version you accepted, the SHA-256 hash of its text, the moment you accepted it (UTC), your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. Heatrail OÜ is the controller of that record; its purpose is to prove that the agreement was concluded, and it is kept for as long as your account exists and for the statutory limitation period afterwards. Pricing

€0.01 per checked order, whatever your volume. No tiers, no minimum, no cap.

Your first 100 orders are free, once: a one-time credit of €1.00 is added to your account when your subscription starts and is used up before anything is charged.

Billed monthly through Stripe, in EUR, excluding VAT. If usage in a month reaches €100 it is invoiced right away and the remainder settles with the monthly invoice. Your card is collected now; you are only charged for actual usage.
